Stayed at both (many times) and there are differences, esp. between the value resorts and moderate resorts. The moderates you get a pool with a slide, a lounge, a sit down restraurant, and small hot tub. I think that's it. Does that justify the price difference? I personnally don't think so, especially at CBR. I never liked the front desk being so far away from the rest of the community space. Both resorts have 2 full size beds and CBR resort rooms are larger. As for moderates, my favorite has and always will be Dixie landing. At the All Stars you have all of your amendities in one building, front desk-guest service, huge food courts (which I think are the best on property), a walk up bar, store and game room. Not as many pools at the all stars compared to CBR. Between the 3 all stars there are 6 pools. A advantage is the bus service, since alot of the all stars have their own bus service, it's not a big deal to catch the music bus, while staying at the Movies and then a short walk (mostly depends on your room location). I think if you can get a discount on a moderate resort, then you should take it, but for full price, I don't think it's worth it.
