Difference between BW Pavilions and BW Stovalls

I'm looking at a map and it appears they are right next to each other yet Pavilions is less expensive. What is the difference?

They are not right next to each other. Pavilions is down the road. There are about 4 hotels and another street between them.

Thanks. On the map I looked at on hotels.com it looks like they are literally across the street from each other. If it is down the road then that explains the slight price difference.

It's actually a pretty large distance between the two. When I was at Stovall's earlier this year, there was a man looking for Pavilions and he was super annoyed at the difference. I consider Stovall's a decent walking distance as it's just across the street from PPH, but Pavilions is far enough away that I would not walk.
