Difference between AK rooms

So, we are planning our next trip and I'm wondering what the difference is between value and standard rooms. Obviously I understand Savannah view, but how are the others determined?

Value rooms are a few feet smaller than the Standard rooms. Also, Standard rooms at Jambo face the pool while the Value rooms face either the Sunset Savanna, pool or the parking lot. There aren't any value rooms at Kidani.

Plus the value one and two bedroom villas do not have the extra sleeper chair (the room is too small to include it). So they only sleep 4 and 8 respectively. The value two bedrooms are all lockoffs - all the two bedroom villas at Jambo House are lockoffs. No dedicated.
