Difference between 3 and 4 day cruise?

We are trying to decide whether to take the 3 day or 4 day cruise and I haven't been able to find out the differences between them. Obviously, on the 4 day cruise you get one extra day including meals but what else is there? It just shows "at sea" on the itinerary. Is there extra entertainment?
Thank you!

The 3 day is really 2 1/2 days. It feels really rushed to us (but we prefer the 7 day). Yes, there is a lot more going on on the 4 day. In addition, things can be at better times. For instance, on the 3 day we missed the DVC member celebration because it was at 2:30 on embarkation day. We didn't even see it in the Navigator. There was so much that they wanted to do in the programming that it felt as if each thing was right on top of something else.

A sea day is a real treasure. There is a lot going on on the ship...and it is a time to relax. In addition, on the 4 night, you'll have the pirate menu at dinner.
