Anyone else in this thread from the east coast? I notice lots of folks from CA and the western part of the USA...I'm so spoiled with being able to just drive to Port Canaveral, this will be a new experience actually needing to fly!
Welcome to all the new posters!!!
Seems like we are going to have a roll call again, just to keep the DISnames and names straight.
Laura
lucky1 just saw your post on the magnet thread...I downloaded the Mickey Ears......thanks! Congrads on the anniversary...a little early a guess. Is that your Dec/Jan cruise? For our 25th we did the 15nt Hawaiian circle cruise out of LA in '08 it was FAV.
Wanted to go back to Hawaii since we spent our honeymoon there. I went back on our 8th anniversary and took his mother.
He wanted to take her to Hawaii and I told him that he could take her or I could take her and I would NOT go with the two of them. So I spent my 8th anniversary with my MIL in Hawaii.
We had a nice time, but you can't get lovie-dovie with your MIL.

Can u tell I don't feel like cleaning...
lucky1 - I just looked at the MickeyEars and Jordak forgot Manzanillo. You did have it in your request.![]()
I made reservations for 2. If DH comes along he'll just hang out at Victor's while DD and I ride.
Randi e-mailed me back and said we can't ride double and DH said he doesn't want to ride and were a little nervous since our kids have never rode so I don't think were going to book this excursion(unless I leave them on the ship and join your family)
IDid you end up changing to the KSF offer or did you just keep what you had?To anyone that upgraded a reservation from Onboard rebook to KSF... Did you have to pay the full deposit now or did you keep the 50% deposit.
Might make sense for use if we want to upgrade. We already moved our Onboard rebooking to this cruise when they reduced the price of our NYE cruise. Hmmm if they keep doing this we might end up making Gold Soon.
I am so happy to here you get to go to DL.I'm assuming you have been before and love the two park being steps away from each other.
We love going that time of year for a lot of reasons. We're going at Christmas if everything stays on course.

We went to disney land once 5 yrs ago. I youngest wasn't even 2 and or older DD was only 4 at the time. We only did DL for 3 days with two small kids so it will almost be a new expierence for all of us

It is our first DCL, we were booked on the 2008 Panama Canal Repo but had to cancel as my dad got very sick. He is no longer with us so this cruise is in his honor as he always wanted to cruise with Mickey.
It will be me (Amy), my mom and DD (6) and DS (4). Hi everyone!

Can't wait to catch up and read the posts and find out about what's planned!
We will be joining you on this one! We are so very excited to finally find dates where school is not an issue and either are our dd's other actvities!
It will be DH and I, along with our 2 dd's, 9 & 5. We will also be bringing grandma along too.
We did the Mex Riv cruise in 2008 and really enjoyed it. Recently we just took the EB Transatlantic along with the 1st Med cruise with DCL.
We live in San Diego....any other SD folks out there?
Kristi - Lake Tahoe is one of my favorite places! How is the weather there this week? I loved going camping there in the summer and running down to the lake and putting our toes in the water and then screaming about how Cold it was.
(Jotting that one down as another cool place to go when the Summer gets too HOT in Arizona)
Lake Tahoe is beautiful this week. In the mid 80's, it is nice to escape the Sacramento Valley of the 100's. The kids just love the lake, even though it is ice cold. Tahoe is a nice and relaxing vacation, just swimming and sight seeing. Not so much the hustle and bustle of visiting the parks. It is less than a 2 hour drive from us, so sometimes we make day trips to escape the heat.
Today we are heading to Virgina City, NV. An old wild west mining town. The kids should love it. We are planning on riding the train and a real stagecoach around the town.
Amy and I found out we live in the same neighborhood. So fun! Will be great to get to know other families before the cruise. Especially since it is a longer one.
