I know most of you will think I'm really sad but on my last trip to Florida in October and for my upcoming August trip I plan to remain on my Weightwatchers points maintainence program (old points system) and was wondering if anyone else does this?
I know most people diet before their holiday and tend to eat what they like while they're away but I am planning to stick to my points again this trip.
I do add a few extra in for all he walking I do and I do have the occasional treat but I've struggled with my weight for so long I don't want to undo my hard work for 3 weeks away.
It's only the last trip that I have watched what I eat mainly due to gaining at least a stone in 3 weeks when I eat what I want.
On our last trip I googled menus before we went to work out whether the restaurants I planned to go to had any diet friendly foods that I liked and The Cheesecake Factory Skinnilicious memu was a god send.
I also had breakfast in the villa, took snacks and lovely sandwiches the parks for lunch and ate out every night so i didn't feel like I was totally depriving myself!
Is anyone else as strict as I am? I've lost weight and regained it (plus a bit more) so many times before I know that if I come off the plan it's such a slippery slope and so easy to regain the 4.5 stone hat I've lost.
If anyone else has any diet tips for eating out in Florida I'd love to hear them.
