So how many of us are dieting and trying to loose weight for your next cruise? If so, how much wieght do you want to loose and how much time do you have to do this before your cruise?
I want to loose 10 lbs. Our cruise is Jne 24th of this year. So we are at the 2 month mark
I just started my diet/workout. I normally workout anyways 4-5 days a week, but with summer coming up and the cruise I am upping my workout intensity and watching what I eat. So far I am 3 weeks into the plan and after the 1st week I lost 1 lb. I am not weighing myself every week, my trainer wont' let me. But I feel like I have lost another pound or so. I better have lost some after my workout today! I ran 3 laps around the track before class, then during class we ran 12 laps (1 mile!). I am working out with my weights this time, and I notice I drop the weight easier when I do that, than just doing cardio alone.
