What are some of the products you have found that help keep you on track?

Here's mine:

I am so excited! Starbucks now has sugar-free mocha syrup. That cuts 80 calories of a tall non-fat mocha. The regular (non-fat tall) ones have 170 calories the new sugar-free is only 90. Can't beat that. So next time ask for a Skinny and save the calories but get all the taste.
Now if only they would get sugar free chai. I would be in heaven.

oh my....SF chai would make my day too!! i love their chai tea......

here's a few of my favs....

Kashi granola bars
Baybel light cheese rounds
Laughing cow light cheese -- great on celery
Vitatop muffins --- www.vitalicious.com
Fat free cool whip with no pudge brownie (single recipe side of box)
Light vanilla yogurt with frozen berries

I love the Dannon lite and fit yogurt. 1 cup is 80 calories and it is YUMMY!

My favorite snacks are the fiberone bars. They come in chocolate and peanut butter, and on ww are only 2 points. They really take care of that chocolate/sweet craving for me.

When it's salt I need, baked tortilla chips and salsa, or the cheddar mini rice cakes are great.

I too love FiberOne bars - actually had my first one the other day.

A few things I like
FiberOne cereal (what made me try the bars) - fills you up for a long while
Cutie brand clementines
Sugar-free H20 mixes (makes you WANT to drink water)

I've realized that if I have anything overtly sweet (even if I'm trying to have just one), I'll overdo it. So good on those people who can have just one and move along. Good thread.

My favorites:

Orville 94% FF popcorn, 1 bag = 180 calories
FF onion dip made w/ FF sour cream and lipton onion soup mix
100 calorie packs of all kinds (breyer's cookies 'n cream is the best!)
Kraft Light Three Cheese Ranch salad dressing (soooo good)
Lean Cuisine Paninis
Campbell's Soup at Hand (some are 70-90 cals)
Jello Sugar Free Double Chocolate pudding (60 cals)

Hmmmm.... there are a few things I have relied on in my weight loss journey...
I'm not sure if they are actually "finds" but I don't think I could have made my WW goal without them!

Fiber One bars (2 pts)
Curves bars (1 pt)
Baked Scoops and salsa
black beans (I eat them every day!)
Extra peppermint gum (turns off my eating "machine" every time!)
Hostess 100 cal pack chocolate cupcakes (1 pt)
100 cal English muffins
pickles

Those are just a few things I can think of! I am always looking for new "staples" to add to my new way of living! :goodvibes

I just got Special K Chocolate Peanutbutter meal bars at CVS (buy one get one 1/2 off this week plus $1 off coupon in Sunday's paper.) They are delicious, have 5 grams of fiber and are only 3 WW points.

If you can find the cambelles cup of soups they are great to heat up quickly. Only 70 calories for the non cream soups and 110 calories for the cream ones. :thumbsup2

Can you give me an example of sugar-free water mixes? Getting in all of my daily water is always a huge issue for me. Thanks!

I just came back from Costco with a brand new incredible FIND!!!! My friend who just lost a ton of weight said her secret was this....

If you can find the yellow Kirkland signature bag of "Fruit and Nut Medley" GO FOR IT!!!
For some strange reason I found it in the candy section. For this I naturally I checked the ingredients and for 1/3 cup with the nuts its 180 calories due to nut oils. But if you dont sit down to eat handfuls of the fruit at a time the calorie intake is much less and the fruit gives you that nice sugar buzz. Cuts your craving right away (Especially the bananas)... If you dont want to waste then someone else in the family can eat the nuts :-)

In This bag there are:

Peanuts, Almonds, Walnuts, Apples, Kiwi, Mango, Papaya, Pineapple, Strawberries, Bananas, Cherries & Raisins

The bag costs around $10.00 but tastes like a million bucks! I cant thank my friend enough for this :thumbsup2

Some of my favorites have been mentioned, but they are worth mentioning again.

I love Vita Muffins and brownies! I especially love the chocolate nut vita brownie with FF cool whip and a little drizzle of Hershey's syrup....YUM!

I love the Laughing Cow chees wedges, I like to make and Egg Beater omlet and put a wedge of cheese in the middle and top with Newman's pineapple salsa for breakfast.

Wasa crackers with either Laughing Cow or hummus.

100 calorie Pringles packs, really help when I am craving salty foods.

Kashi fruit and nut bar.

Live Active cottage cheese.

Kozy Shack sugar free Tapioca pudding....90 calories.

Those are some of my favorites, I am sure there are more, but I can't think of anything else right now. Will come back and post if anything else comes to mind.

What a great thread!

Oooo tigger, I love the laughing cow cheese wedges too.

I recently found 100 calorie English muffins that make a great breakfast base... either with sugar free preserves or a microwaved 1/3 cup of egg beaters and a sprinkle of 2% cheddar. (but not both!!)

Special K chocolate cereal is good. I didn't think it would be good but it does crave some chocolate cravings we all get. :)

Here are a few of my favorites....

Mrs. T's frozen pierogies.... potato and onion filled. Weight Watchers 1 point each, up to three, and then they are slightly more than 1 point each. I boil them and then saute them with onions. A wee bit crunchy on the outside, soft and creamy on the inside. Very yummy and filling. Easy to make.

Weight Watchers reduced fat Cheddar cheese snack pieces... One point each for very creamy cheese. Makes a nice snack as is or it melts nicely also.

One point english muffins (made by several different companies). Great for breakfast, snacks, or even used as bread/bun for sandwiches and burgers.

Clementines.... super sweet, easy to take along, healthy and delicious.

100 calorie pack 3 Musketeers bar.... found at SuperWalmart. Two pack of candy bars.... smaller than usual, but big enough to feel like a splurge. Two points each and WELL WORTH IT! (YOu could also do the same with the tiny bite size 3 Musketeers... I figured out that they were about .66 point each (if I recall correctly... relying on my faulty memory here!)

HTH. Thanks all for your suggestions.........................P

At my walmart they sell Disney Garden pre packaged apples that are 35 calories a bag. I eat like 2 a day around my snack time. They definately help curb munchies and are fewer calories than a medium apple which is 70 calories.
