I was over to the Mall and everything is now Back to School. Yesterday at Wal-Mart they just finished getting everything sit up as well. Was wondering how many of you have started shopping. Now is a great time to pick up some end of the season sales! :teeth:

I am starting tonight. DS went on a rafting trip, so DD and I are going out and shop tonight! This is the first time in 20 years we have gotten a school list before school starts so that makes it easier to get the good bargains!

I haven't even thought of it! School only ended 2 weeks ago.

We went to WalMart last night and purchased school supplies. We just planned a last minute disney trip that gets us home the night before school starts so I want to make sure all of the details for back-to-school are taken care of before we leave. I'm an obsessive planner.

I have all his supplies and clothes except one item. Prang watercolors! ds5 is going into kindergarten... my one and only baby :)

We haven't done any back to school shopping yet :sad2:

My DD is in summer school until July 19th and after she's done with that, I want her to have some time w/o having to think about school. So we probably won't do any back to school shopping until right before school starts.

Which will be the same time I get to start doing my WDW shopping because we leave about 3 weeks after school starts!!! :cool1:

I just finished buying all of their summer clothes and swimsuits last week (I had some stuff that I bought earlier, but not enough for the entire summer and vacation).

The kids have over 7 weeks of vacation yet...I don't even want to think about school shopping.

DS (my baby) leaves for college in August. We went out shopping on Wednesday for linens, a trash can, storage boxes, that sort of thing. He refused to even look at the paper, pencils and actual school supplies. Said it was too soon.

I started pulling out all the leftover stuff from last year (paper, pencils, etc) last night. I'll be starting next week for sure since we have less than 4 weeks of summer left. I put off my shopping to the last minute last year & had a hard time finding a lot of what I needed!

Summer has just begun, please don't mention back to school until August LOL!!

Yep! WalMart has some of their stuff on sale here. We go back 4 weeks from yesterday. But I'm going to MD for about a week in the middle of this. So I wanted to get most of it done before I go.

But living in FL, a lot of school clothes are shorts, so I've been buying them on clearance over the internet. DD primarily wears jeans, so I've been picking them up from winter clearance.

I'm waiting on DS's jeans to see if he jumps another size. I swear the kid grows overnight! Luckily, the shorts work even when he gets taller.

I saw the Walmart circular for back to school supplies, heck, we have 2 months of summer vacation left. We won't do back to school shopping until last minute otherwise I spend the time from shopping to start of school hearing "can't I just use my new ________ for weeks.

The school year just ended June 28.

We have almost two whole months before school starts. :cheer2:

I'll start pickup stuff sometime next month.

I've bought nothing yet. I was at Walmart yesterday and they were finishing setting up the school rows. Looks like next week I get all that done. :teacher:

I always buy tons of extra paper, glue sticks, spiral notebooks, pencils, hand sanitizer and kleenx and keep them in a cabinet at home. My dad always told me to buy extras if we could to help out the teachers so they won't have to spend their money on extras for the class. I 'm the supply mom!! :thumbsup2

I recycle the previous years supplies too, color pencils old crayons, why buy what we already have? Walmart had glue sticks (Elmers) 2 for 20 cents WOW! We bought ours last night, now all we need is a new back pack and we are done.
