Did you make ADR's for your large groups?

We will be having a few planned dinners with the family for my cousins wedding in November.

Does anyone know the easiet way to make an ADR for 25 people?
We are having a welcome dinner at Chef Mickeys, Rehersal Dinner at Ohana and Thanksgiving at Whispering Canyon.

I just called the regular dining number. A few times they ask to have the ADR put in 2 peoples names. But everything worked out great. I have 5 planned.

We had an Intimate wedding and our EM made all of our dining ADRs. We had a rehearsal dinner at Artist Pointe, but that was small, 6 people, and the day-after brunch was at Whispering Canyon for 13 people. She also made ADRs for dinners DH and I had alone. Your cousin should check with her EM and ask if she'll make the ADRs for her. It worked out super easy for me

Our EM made a reahearsal reservation for 20 and a day after breakfast reservation for 40 for us. The nice thing about having her do it (other than not having to call myself) was that they can book it before the 180 day mark that you're limited to if you do it yourself.

Well we had about the same number of people...we had our rehearsal at Narcoosee's...I emailed back and forth with their F and B person...I dont even think I went thru reservations to come to think of it. And we did the Luau at the Polynesian, I did do ADR for that! Long before they had this new seating thing for dinner shows! Geez! We got the best seating cause our group was so large!
