Oh, I don't get tv so I didn't know that. I used to watch that channel when we had Dish. It was very good but expensive. Hey there's a show for Food Network: Places that Scrape.

I'm arriving to the thread a little late but would like to say that this is a great thread! Love, love, love getting to hear some great reviews for WTC! We will be heading there in November. I was getting a little worried because most of the reviews I had heard prior to this bunch had not been so good. Now I can go back to looking forward to going there for our first time!

We made reservations for Wine Country Trattoria on opening night of WOC. I have to say, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! The food was elegant, delicious, gorgeous. I would love to eat there again. We even did a video review of the WOC menu at Wine Country Trattoria, which I can't post a link to, but if you go to www youtube com / amouseandadream (without the spaces) you should be able to find it.

We'll be dining at Ariels for WOC next month, so we'll review there as well!

Well, my experience with this is limited. We went to an expensive place called The Chop House in Napa for my birthday. One guy came over and started to scrap the crumbs off the table with a little metal thing. I had never seen that before either. The food was very yummy and I still wish I could go back just for the hash browns! Ok, completely off topic because Ariels doesn't scrape your crumbs.

We had dinner at Ariel's Grotto in order to get the tickets into WOC. My husband had TriTip and I had the raviolli.
They were both delicious. You get an appetizer, dinner, and a dessert sampler that we couldn't even finish.
We probably would not have paid that much for a full dinner if it had not been for the WOC tickets, but the dinner was very nice, attractive, tasty and more than enough food for the average appetite.

Welcome Normal! That is exactly what I thought about it. Compaired to the F! dessert package, I thought it was a deal! And I thought our viewing area was worth it for a first time seeing the show.
