Did you have DISH Network billing problems?

As I was looking on the CO AG site for another poster I came across this...

I am in CT. I just called the person who handled my AG complaint against AT&T/Dish and she is looking into how I get my restitution.

Just in case anyone else in any of the state's listed can use this info.

Thanks for that info. I used to have Dish Network, and we had a very bad wind storm, and it knocked out my service. I call them to have someone come to the house to fix it, and the earliest they can send someone was in a month! I told them that it was unacceptable, and I switched to Verizon FiOs. They were supposed to send me a credit for the month that I was without service, and I never got it. I'm going to look into this to see if I am eligible for anything.
