Just switched to aaa rates with a magical call to Disney that seemed so efficient and fun and I was sooo impressed. Now it has been days and I don't have my confirmation via email. How long does it take and should I call?

Sometimes they just don't come. You can check on line, or you can call and request it to be sent again.

Call them again. They usually email it within the hour. Have you checked to see if it is online?

Sometimes I get them, sometimes I don't. I just check the status on the website usually.

I think I got 3 confirmation emails from Disney in the last two days.

I also booked a room-only reservation with AAA discount, and I haven't gotten a confirmation email yet, either. I went to the website and used my confirmation number to pull up my reservation just to double check, and all is well!

Same here. Booked a room only on the 11th and no email. I just went to the website to verify it and it's all correct. Printed the information out from there.

FYI... if disney travel destinations etc is not in your address book, it may be going to your spam folders...


ive gotten 3 emails confirming my reservation and another for invoice also. they are in my address book so all emails come through.
