I did not; well not really.

I did receive a scrapping related gift that will keep on giving and giving. My CMC has decided to revamp how she does her business. Her business has kind of stopped and she doesn't have time to really devote to it since she has a regular FT job as a nurse...so she asked 6 of us to commit to ordering $90 retail 4 times a year (on scheduled months) and she will in turn give us her 30% discount! :cheer2: I'm so excited because I have missed that discount since I quit Creative Memories, and I can EASILY spend $90 every 3 months. I think a lot of CMCs do their business this way, just to get the supplies they need without being bogged down by the business aspect of it. Gotta love it!

Wow, that looks GREAT!! A bit too much $$$ for me though! Let us know how you like it,
franne

I got 3 Sizzix paddle punches, the dog set of sizzix doodle dies, and a book ofCM stuff!!!!!!! lets just say I'm in 20th heaven.

I got a gc to Michaels. But the best of all is from my son who is 12. On his own with his own money, he bought me a gift certificate for the scrapbook extravaganza that our church is having in January. It goes from 6pm to 2 am one night, then 8am to 6pm the next day. Includes meals, snacks, door prizes, etc. I was so surprised!!!

That is the best gift that I got because it came from his heart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't, but I got my DD13 a 12" paper cutter and some patterned paper. She LOVES to scrap!! Now she has some more of her own stuff to add to her collection. princess:

I got the Silent Setter from Provo Craft from my family... Wonder if thats a hint that they hate me eyeletting upstairs.. :)

-em

I got a 12 x 12 Scrapboss that im looking forward to using on some of my pages.

Well, you already know what I got DDIL (Sizzix & dies) tht I'll be able to use.

I also got a bunch of things for DD - she'd like to scrap her Disney pix.
papers, stickers, fibers, corner rounder, scissors...

I'm looking forward to getting started.

DD and I received many scrapping gifts.

DH bought us 3 CM punches - the star, heart and circle (all large ones). Santa brought DD a sidekick for the sizzlets and Grandma bought her the Playground letter for the sidekick. DD also got a stocking full of eyelets, brads and adhesive. Pretty good in all. I can't wait to us it all this week.

I got the Making Memories magnetic date stamp, and the base sets, and an alphabet to go with it, from my sister. DH also told me when I decide on which die cut system I want to go and get it. I am still undecided, Wizard is supposed to be upgrading their system, so I am waiting to see what changes they make to it.

I got the Sizzix machine from my DH to go with the alphabet that I had already purchased because it was such a great price. I can't wait to have two minutes to sit down and use it!

haha...yep....from myself!

I ordered a 7x7 CM Disney album off ebay a few weeks ago to do an ABC album of my pics from my 9/04 visit to WDW.

Then, I ordered another set of pages and a set of page protectors for it last week and they arrived on Friday! Woo Hoo Merry Christmas to me...from me!

My BF got me lots of cool stuff but nothing scrappy...he wouldn't know where to begin so I do that myself!

not a thing :(
quess i will have to shop - NO i am going no shopping use what i have

DH got me Sizzix machine, because he had won the Lollipop dies (complete set) on Ebay and didn't realize it wouldn't work with Side kick!

My 18 year old complimented dad's shopping spree by getting me my own Digital camera with printer starter set... not to complicated and great software.

My birthday is in two weeks... doubt they can top themselves :)

Sounds like you've all had a great holiday...and wow! A Wishblade! That tops all. I think it looks really cool, but I don't think I'd use it enough to be worth it....my Quickutz barely gets enough use (well, all of my stuff barely gets enough use!)

I got the new book by Cathy Zielske....I love it and I think it may be enough to get me out of my slump. I also got a light box...the Fiskars one that I can use my fiskars embossing templates on.

I also bought a bunch of paper from my cm consultant at her open house in December. Dh told me to go ahead and get what I wanted...which was nice.

Now I just have to use the stuff I have!

My MIL bought a scrapbook kit for me from QVC......does that stuff sell well on Ebay?

It's pretty and all, but I don't know if I'll ever use it. It has 1500 pieces of stuff in it, I think 3 albums.

I am pretty loyal to CM and I think she means well, but it's very frustrating to me. I don't like gifts to go to waste! (Especially scrapping stuff!!)

OOOOOHHHHH!!! You're BAD!!! I guess that's the way my mom felt last year. She was "complaining" that her books didn't look that good because she didn't have "nice stuff", well I bought her some "nice stuff" for her birthday. A few months later I asked her to show me what she did with the scrapbooking stuff I gave her. Her response . . . "Oh, well, I don't do that anymore, I did enough of that!!" (What?!? Enough scrapbooking?!?!? Well, I guess she should give it back to me or at least give it to one of my DD's!! JEEEEZZ!! So, gift cards for her from now on. (Sorry, just venting!!)
