haha, we were at Shakey's pizza here in Palm Springs and we felt it too.
Too funny.......shaking in Shakey's.![]()
Oooooohhh....Shakey's...I haven't eaten there in SOOOO long but I used to love the smell of that place when we would all eat there as teenagers. The pizza and Mojo's smelled so good.
Anyway, yes, I felt it. I have lived in SoCal my entire life and can never get used to these earthquakes. They terrifed me as a child and they still do! I hate them. As soon as I feel a jolt or a tremor, I am usually racing towards the door to escape (yes, I know, you're not supposed to do that but I do!) It doesn't help that the building I am in has such thin walls that whenever anyone closes a door, we all feel it in the entire complex. So you can imagine how an earthquake feels here - like someone bombed us! I am always thinking the ceiling in this weak structure will cave in on me so I want to get outside! Anyway, I have lots of Disney snowglobes and sculptures and other breakable stuff that I worry about when I feel some shaking!
