early this a.m. I covered 4+ miles in walking/jogging intervals -- jogging about 1.5 miles of that. felt good to have it done and out of the way for the day! now i'm putzing and cleaning, does that count??? he he he
Yup. I am running 4 days a week now. Yesteday and today I did 5 miles in about an hour and 5 minutes (I am slow runner). Doing it 2 days in a row was not easy, but I am hoping my stamina will increase soon.
I did! Only about 20 minutes worth but that was a lot for me today so I'm happy! I think tomorrow I'm going to go for a walk instead of trying to do my videos. The intensity might not be as high but I can handle the walking a lot better right now. Maybe I'll fast forward the video to the weight training portion and do that along with the walking. Good job to everyone who moved today!
