We grew up in the same town, went to the same school, were in the same grade but we didn't start dating until 10 years after we graduated!!:D :bounce:

Same city....same church.....one grade apart in same jr. high and high school......several of the same friends.....but we never crossed paths until 6 years after I had graduated! We both decided it was best because I don't think we would have been attracted to each other back then....he wore a red leisure suit in his senior picture!!!

We celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary in September.

Same town, but really didn't know each other until about the 8th grade...started dating in the 9th and the rest is history.

Nope, not at all. We met while we were in college together. I went to school close to home and he went to school about 400 miles away from his home. I won the battle though with where to live ;)

Yep....didn't go to the same elementary....but middle and high school. He was in my 7th grade social studies class (first year of middle school).....He was a totally "burn out" with leather jacket and all. I really never gave him the time of day.......We started dating in 10th grade....and like Beauty said "the rest is history"

Sort of...but not really. We were born in the same town, in the same hospital, the same year (4 months apart) but we went to different schools. We had mutual friends but never met until about 4 years after we graduated from high school.

Weren't born in the same city. Didn't go to the same elementary school. Met for the first time the summer between 6th and 7th grade when I went on a church field trip with a friend who went to the same church he did (the field trip was to Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon - how cool is that). We vaguely remember meeting, but didn't really meet until Junior High school. 8th and 9th grade we had drama together, and we played a married couple (Mr. and Mrs. Van Cann) in the big school play in 9th grade. We were in a math class together in 10th. Everyone was trying to pressure us into going out (b/c we would be "such a good couple" ;) ). We started dating the summer before 11th grade and have been together ever since (with one tiny break up around christmas in 11th grade  ).

We were in the same first grade 39 years ago. Started dating in HS. Married after college.

Not us. We grew up about 700 miles apart.

no, we grew up in the same state but in different towns about 40 miles apart.

We didn't even meet until I was 30 and he was 34!

Well I moved here when I was 11 so I consider that young enough to say I grew up here so I would say yes! We started dating our Junior year of highschool but we were never "officially" dating till graduation!!

no, born and raised in Cincy. DH was born in Vermont and raised in Indiana.:D

No. But I grew up here in Woburn, and DH did live here briefly, but before I was born. ;) He then moved to a couple more towns here, to Florida, and then back up here to MA, a couple towns over from me.

Same town, same neighborhood (two blocks away), same schools, same church. I've known him almost my entire life. :)

I babysat kids from his class! He was 5 years behind me in school so we didn't know each other. His cousins were around my age and lived around the corner. I used to run home from school to avoid the scary bullies!

Many years after I left home, I lived in a different state, our parents ran into each other and discovered I worked in the town he had just moved to. He called me for local advice - we've been married 12 years. Joke's on my FIL. He can't stand me and he was the one who suggested dh call me.

DH grew up in the next town over, about 10 miles away. I knew him though from the time I turned about 12.

Yup we grew up in the same town in Boston but hung out with different people. He is 16 years older tham I am. We met when I was 20 and started dating when I was 24. He had to wait for me to grow up:)

nope not even the same country for most of our lives.

No but same county.. my town was about 1/2 hour away. We may have bumped into each other at places, but he would have never noticed me then.. I was /still am 8 years younger than him!
