I hear mixed reviews on Nemo. I have yet to see it. But others say the same as you, it's weird with the puppets and people there together.

it is actually one of my favorite shows. Course...I like musicals...

It was cute but nothing I would wait to see. It is basically the movie at half the time and with puppets

I like the Lion King because it is kind of different and I love the trapeze

UGH I have had the stupid flu all week and I feel like crap. I am going back to work tomorrow and I know I will have to work late (as usual) and I don't know if I will make it through. I should take the whole week my Dr. told me to take but my work is NOT impressed

I hope you feel better... I have been sick for over 2 weeks now. I am JUST at the tail end of it. I have not been this sick in years. Maybe a sniffle here or there...but this has had me DOWN.

So...count me into the group that has had this stupid flu!

Thursday December 16th

Park: Magic Kingdom

Reservations: Crystal Palace @ 8:20am

This was the only day we made rope drop for the whole trip and we couldn’t even watch it because we had to be at Crystal Palace!!!

If you are friends with me on facebook you will know I was posting from here this morning and called it the best breakfast at Disney, but I am going to take that back. Crystal Palace is very yummy and I love the food but I like Ohana Breakfast better!!! Nothing beats their eggs and the Mickey Waffles are so soft. Another plus is that it is served at your table and not a buffet. I am always scared I will miss characters when I go up for food. Now that being said it is still very good and very worth doing. This and Ohana will be our breakfast must do’s for every trip!

Since this was our last day I took a lot of pictures and plan to share most of them with you……

First up after breakfast was to ride Dumbo

Also so I could get some pics of the construction

Snow White was only 5 mins so we rode that

We ran over to the tea cups and met White Rabbit (first time)

The kids wanted to ride the Tea Cups and I hate that ride (makes me queasy) so mom took them while I ran over to grab FP’s for Space Mountain.

Next we rode Pooh and the Carousel before leaving Fantasyland

We saw Haunted Mansion had a 5 min wait so Eryka and I went on it. We got stuck on that thing 3 times which was annoying but it wasn’t very scary (Emma would flip though)

Next we went on the Liberty Square Riverboat which was cool (haven’t been on that in a few trips) I got these pictures of the Haunted Mansion from the boat, anyone know what they are doing to it?

Next stop Ariel is meeting at noon and we are hoping for Prince Eric too… no such luck, just Ariel

Back to Pirates of the Caribbean one more time so mom can be happy (Emma was not happy but rode it anyway)

Here is the hairy leg that hangs down from the bridge for those of you that like that kind of thing

Next up I had plans to meet some DISers for a Dole Whip so we head over to Aloha Isle and Daddy of Princesses if there and shortly after PRmamiDEdos got there. It was nice to meet them in person after talking to them so much online

Next stop was the Carpets of Aladdin

Stopped to take some pics of the kids, poor Em is so short

And I promised Emma one more spin on the Carousel, she got Prince Charming’s horse!

Now it was a lot warmer today than it had been the whole trip and the kids wanted to swim so I took Eryka for a spin on Space Mountain, we played a bit with Push and we grabbed some food to go at Cosmic Rays. Mom took the kids back to the resort to swim so I could sneak over to the Grand Floridian to grab a Christmas present for Emma.

I met them back at Pop and we ate and the kids watched TV while I packed. We made it an early night since we had to be up at 5am the next morning.

So it looks like the only things on the list we didn’t get done in MK were the castle Lighting and rope drop show. Both were for mom since she had not seen them before but I think she got to do a lot of new things this trip

I'm going to go out on a limb and say they are building something, but don't want you to see it.

Your Ariel was wonderful. I will have to dig up a pic of our last one. She really was not "cute" like yours definitely was.

Great day at AK! i haven't seen Nemo yet either. I have seen Lion King many times, but we missed both this last trip. i want to see Lion King again in October, but not sure on Nemo- DH saw a clip in a video we watched and he was not interested and said it looked dumb, of course he isn't a show guy anyways. but not sure we will even see it next trip.

glad you enjoyed AK, like you, i found i loved it more each trip as i discovered all it has to offer!
