Did they change the codes?

It used to be that the discount code applied to your entire trip if you checked in the last day it was offered. Im pricing a trip with a current code and Im getting a different rate for every day of my trip. What gives? Was that changed?

Yes they did change the way codes work. They no longer apply to your entire length of stay if they are no longer valid. There is a different rate each day because the room rates go up on the weekends. Hope this helps!

The pricing structure was changed around the end of last year. All package room pricing is that way for 2008. (Based on the night the guest is staying, rather than when they check in.)
Last year was a little bit mix of both, depending on what package, when it was booked, etc.

Thank you. OK, I just repriced the trip, pushing it back to the week before the promo ends. It changed the rates from $69 on the last day to $81. What gives? Nevermind. It tried to upgrade my room. Ugh. They are closing all the loop holes. The last trip I went on, I think I paid over 2x as much as I used to. Oh well.

As others have said, it's probably pricing it still with the code if you check in on the last day the code is offered, but the weekend rates are higher. This new pricing is in effect with or without a code. It could also be that your last dates are in a different season in which case you'd get different pricing too.---Kathy
