We are staying at the Hyatt the night before our cruise, and one of the big advantages is that they are supposed to get your luggage to the ship for you the next morning. You leave your bags in your room with the DCL tags, and then *poof* it appears in your stateroom.
This sounds awesome, but as the date draws nearer, my inner OCD control freak is demanding that we bring our luggage to the DCL transfer counter ourselves in case the Hyatt drops the ball.
Has anyone let the Hyatt handle your luggage, and regretted it?
Please let me know your experiences....
TIA
