several of the sites, Allears.net, mousesavers, etc., all say that the Magic your way + Dining includes:
1 Snack
1 Counter-Service
1 Table-Service
for each person with a ticket in your group per day.

But I just went to Disneyworld.com to book it, and it shows that the Counterservice is not included in the Dining Plan.

Is that right?

Nope, that is what it includes per person per night of your stay.

1 snack
1 counter service meal
1 table service meal

Copied and pasted from the WDW website:

Magic Your Way Package Plus Dining
The Magic Your Way Package Plus Dining offers you an easy and affordable way to experience a wide variety of select restaurants — and you can save up to 30% per person on dining! This package includes your Disney Resort hotel accommodations, Theme Park ticket and Disney Dining Plan that offers one table-service meal, one quick-service meal and one snack per person, per night of your package stay at select restaurants. Bon appetit!

Just for reference, the "quick-service meal" is also known as a "counterservice meal".

I just talked to a CM at Disney, and they confirmed that the counterservice is included. The website (disneyworld.com) is just wrong. But I would expect them to fix this soon.:thumbsup2

 It's not wrong! Counter service and Quick Serve are interchangeable terms! Good luck with your planning.
