Did Kerry Cheat At the Debate?

Interesting find. On October 6th 2000, CNN-USA-Today had it Bush 47, Gore 45. On October 17th it was CNN-USA-Today Bush 47 Gore 44 and NBC had it Bush 48 Gore 42. I wonder, besides the sampling improvements introduced by Zogby, what changes have been made in methodology since then?

Well, while I wouldn't have put it past Kerry to try to sneak something in, let me be the first to say it appears to be have been innocuous and a proverbial tempest in a teapot. By the spirit of the rules he did not cheat. But, by the letter of the rules he did. Crisis averted..
