Did I ruin my Crocs?

I just got a pair of the beach model from crocs.com. I tried them on and my toes were really touching the tips. I remembered people putting them in the dryer. I put them in on medium for 3 minutes. I put my feet in and moved them all around. Now, the shoes seem too big!!! The strap on my left foot keeps sliding off. Are they ruined, or can I shrink them again?
So far they are very comfy. Haven't gotten any shocks, but while walking across my wood floors they kind of stuck and I tripped (if that makes sense) I am enjoying them though!

Throw them in some hot water wear for awhile then put then in the fridge to harded back up you should be fine.

I think you'll be fine once you get used to them...even if they seem too big right now! If you go to their kiosk in the mall they tell you that your foot should not touch anywhere but the sole. They're supposed to be loose all around. I did the same thing that you did and thought they felt "baggy"...ok, they're not jeans, but that's my comparison...but now I love the way they feel!

I thought I had stretched mine a bit too much too after putting them in the dryer (my strap kept slipping too) but after a few days they adjusted and were perfect! It takes about 2 and a half weeks (at leat for me) before they truly fit perfect and now I adore them.

I thought I was the only one who tripped on hardwoods and tile floors!

Love my crocs. but be careful!

Another warning!! I fell flat in the lobby of the BWV. Their wood floors are so polished and I don't know exactly what happened with my crocs. I guess they stuck and I kept going.

Two days later it almost happened again. I stumbled but didn't fall. After that I picked my feet up so far it looked like I was marching. :rotfl2:

jbthi: LOL!! I don't mean to laugh but that is funny!!! Thanks for the warning on polished floors :rotfl2:

Thanks for everyone's advice. Think I'll wear them a few more days before trying the freezer thing.
