That's not new. My 2004 edition says that as well on page 27 in the middle paragraph: "Now you can purchase theme-park admissions and make resort and dining reservations on the Internet."

Yes the swan and dolphin Resturants you can make online. I made reservations for Fresh online. Thats probably what they meant.

You can buy your tickets for the 999 Happy Haunts Ball on line now, too. Go to DisneyGallery.com. But no, unless the PS are for the Swan or Dolphin restaurants (not Disney owned or operated), you are unable to make them online. You will continue to have to call and make them, or wait until you arrive, and make them then.
