Did I read somewhere that strollers are free at MNSSHP?

Am I dreaming, or did I read that strollers are free during MNSSHP? And if so, do they run out very quickly that I'd have to get one right at 7, or can I wait until 10 or so if my 4yo conks out?

We arrived around 5:30 p.m. and grabbed a double stroller--it was free.
