Did I miss my banking window?

I think I missed my window to bank points. Did I?

My use year is April. I have Zero 2009 pts left. I have 236, 2010 pts left. Did I have to bank the 2010 pts by November 2009, or do I have to bank the 2010 pts by November 2010?

I'm so hoping it is by November 2010.

You have untill Nov 2010

Your 2010 points are April 2010 points. You wouldn't bank them in 2009. You need to bank them before Nov 30, 2010.

Your 2009 April UY lasts from April 1, 2009 until March 31, 2010. You had until November 30, 2009 to bank any unused 2009 UY points.

Your 2010 UY lasts from April 1, 2010 until March 31, 2011. You have until November 30, 2010 to bank any unused 2010 UY points once you begin your 2010 UY.

Perhaps your are confusing Use Year (UY) with the calendar year.

Your banking deadline is always 8 months after your UY starts. So, you will always have until November 30th after the points became current UY points.
