It's called the 90/10 Plan. It's a lot like Weight Watchers without the points and the meetings (I know myself well enough to know I wouldn't count or go after awhile). Basically, 90% of your caloric intake is very, very healthy foods and 10% is "fun foods" (like a little chocolate for those of us that REALLY believe we would die without it, LOL LOL LOL). It's going well so far, I've been on it since Monday and I'm down a pound. Also, I don't feel deprived and I'm happy (so far). With most diets, I'm ready to rip my hair out by Wednesday.
