Did I make a mistake in pricing??

I had previously booked the WL Deluxe CL room for 7/15 - 7/22. There are 6 of us. Booked 4 day base tickets (4 adults, 2 children). Included regular dining plan (4 adults, 2 children). Originally, the price was $8,435.90. I called in for the discounted promotion. The CM said I the promo for WL is 20% discount, and since I have 4 day tickets I would effectively get one day free. After she applied the promotion code, the new price came to $8,114.64. She said she can't help me figure out individual prices, but that just doesn't seem right. I thought I would get at LEAST an $800 discount for the room not including the discounted tickets. What should I do next???????

Call again. CMs do make mistakes.

I called back and spoke to a different CM. He said Disney gives various discounts based on occupancy. Therefore, its UP TO 20% discount.
Then he said that they discount for the entire package. I argued that, stating my discount should then be over $1600. He said the only thing I could do is speak to guest services, which I'm now on hold for.

Last year, I had the same discount (for the same time period), but never had this issue.

The CM discovered the price discrepancy. We are booked in a Deluxe CL room. Those rooms are only 5% off. Oh well, at least I got my answer.
