We bought this stroller for DD's birthday yesterday and plan on bringing it to WDW next month.

Combi Cosmo EX Stroller- Mandarin
http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2887326

We had a budget of $100 and while we LOVED the Maclarens, the one in our budget did not recline, so it was out.

BUT when we checked out, they gave us a coupon for 20% off our next purchase. So, I thinking of returning it, and buying this one instead.

Combi Helio Ex Stroller- Cherry

It is still in the box, so I wont feel too guilty bringing it back and purchasing another one.

Anyone have either of these strollers? We pushed DD around in the one we bought and she was giggling and having a good time. It turned well, too.

I have the EX. It is a good stroller and I loved it. We took it to Disney and it did great there, but now it is trashed. It seems that all the pushing made the wheels wear out.

If you can afford the better one, I would go with that - perhaps it will have better longevity

We just got our stroller for WDW 3 weeks ago. So I remember how hard it was to make a choice (4 hours later we walked out with our stroller). This was one of the strollers we were looking at but decided to get another one for my DD. I found that this one wasn't as wide in the seat when reclined. It was like the side bars could be felt from inside the seat(does that make sense??) My DD is 2 1/2 and always falls asleep in her stroller so the recline feature was something I paid alot of attention too. I ended up going over my budget but found my new stroller has an infant car seat you can buy for it and we intend on having more kids.
So I would say if you tried it out while using the recline feature and it worked, you should be good. I did read all the reviews on the BRU web page before I went to the store and it seems everything is a love it or hate it. BRU does have a 90 day return policy so if you're pretty sure this is the one for you take it out for a test spin. Turn in tight spots, check out the storage, maybe a little course in the drive way to entertain the kids then you'll know for sure before you go. I know I didn't help at all!!! Sorry!

We have an Ex and it is falling apart. It seems wobbly now after we used it for awhile. My dh cusses at it everytime we use it. It's gotten hard to steer.

You have the Cosmo or the Helio EX? I think they both say EX on them, but I could be wrong.

I think we are going to return it and get the Helio. It did seem a bit sturdier.

That sucks! Do you have the Cosmo or the Helio?

It is such a tough decision!! I didnt try it in the full recline position, but I am going to now. We pushed her around in the store and it seemed fine though.
We tried out a Wendy Bellisimo stroller there and while DH was pushing it around, the wheels popped off! :scared: He said - Okay! We arent getting this one!

Ours is the Cosmo. We have had it a couple years, but a $100 stroller should hold up. I use our double more, so it's not like I used it all the time to wear out.

Yes, you would think a $100 should hold up well. Maybe the Helio will be a little better. I hope so!

Hey y'all! Just wanted to add a little something else in here...we have the Combi Cosmo, and it worked well when we were at WDW since it POURED every day that trip. Combi makes rain shield for that bad boy that REALLY works. Plus, it dries super fast. The only thing I didn't like were the wheels wearing out, and also the height. Now, I'm 5ft 3in on a good day, and DH s 5ft 9in on his good days. ;) We both had back issues when using this stroller at WDW. It folds up great, slung over shoulder, great price, etc, but make sure you try it out with the basket full lol. It can become a bit of a struggle to get it going without feeling like you're mowing the lawn instead of enjoying the world. I have no experience with the other Combi, so it may be a bit taller, but even for little people like me, the Cosmo was just too short. Good luck!!

I was just looking at the raincover for the stroller! I am definitely buying one for our upcoming trip.

We are both short too. I am 5'2" and DH is 5'7" on a good day! But I think we are returning it to get the Helio. It comes with the stroller pack, which makes it possible to carry two more drinks and it seems like it has great reviews!

Sorry, mine was also the Cosmo. Seems the wheels are an issue for everyone here. Interesting.

I did love the rain cover - if you get the helio, get that if they have it
