Did I hear that Emeril served a spinich dish on his show and made people sick or did I dream it! I swear I heard it? Anyone know?

I believe it was a joke on the Jimmy Kimmel show. I saw it the other night, but I'm not sure which late night show it was...

Emeril tends to cook the heck out of vegetables, anyway, so he likely wouldn't have made anyone sick, since E.coli dies at 160°.
