If we go during free dining 8/31- 9/3 we would each get 9 credits for those days correct? We are thinking about doing the deluxe. We are going there from 8/28 but I know we will probably have to do separate reservations rihjt?
Also my daughter is a picky Eater some days she eats and some days she doesn't. Can we save her credits one day and just oop if she just wants something small? And can one of the adults use it? Or even my son ?

On the deluxe dining, you get three meal credits and 2 snacks per person per night, so yes, you would have 9 credits in your scenario. You can use them however you wish - 2 one day, 7 the next, etc., but technically you cannot use one person's credits for another person. You would also not have the credits available until the "second" check in on 8/31 if doing a split stay.
You CAN pay for a meal using a combination of credits and OOP, so if your daughter is not hungry, you can use credits for the other people eating and pay OOP for her.

You may be better off just doing regular dining and paying OOP for extra items as needed. The cost difference is pretty substantial, especially if you may not use all of your credits.

On Deluxe, each person would get 3 TS credits and 2 snack credits per NIGHT. They all become available as soon as you check in to that reservation and they all expire midnight of the day you check out.

You can choose to pay OOP for your daughter.

People on the same reservation can use each other's credits-they aren't separated by person; however, kids (3-9) are supposed to order kids meals.

For regular DDP, for my family of 3, for instance, staying 5 nights...the print out was 10 adult TS, 5 child TS, 15 QS and 15 snacks. In this instance, if my 5 year old decided not to eat and I paid OOP at a TS, the adults in the party could not later use the TS because it was marked as a child TS.

DxDP may not be differentiated between child and adult credits (since TS and QS are lumpted together), but you are not supposed to use a child credit (ages 3-9) to pay for an adult meal.
