Did Hawkeye originally have blond hair when he debuted in Marvel Comics?

I noticed that out of all the Marvel superheroes Hawkeye has had different hair and I noticed that when Hawkeye made his Marvel Comics debut Hawkeye originally had blond hair and I want to know why Hawkeye's look had changed? Because I noticed that my Hawkeye doll has brown hair but my other Hawkeye doll has honey blond hair? Did Hawkeye go through many looks before returning to his blond hair? I'm surprised that in the Hawkeye series they made him have brown hair and I think that was the beginning of Hawkeye's new look

Hawkeye has always had blond hair in the comics? I never knew that before Brian. That's weird why the Hawkeye dolls and action figures don't have blond hair and why Bleacher Creatures made Hawkeye dolls with brown hair rather than blond hair is odd to me but as I mentioned in my previous post my other Hawkeye doll has blond hair that is sort of honey blond and that is a surprise. Did Marvel later give Hawkeye a makeover with a new hair color and hair style too?

No, as far as I know he has always been blonde in teh comics, it's just that the movies didn't change Jeremy Renner's hair, so he has brown hair in the MCU.
