Did everyone so far get their first choice?

I was able to change our existing ressie for BC bounce back 40% off to the free dining. :cool1:

Echo queen are you sure you saved money in the end? You'd have to have a lot of people in the room for free dining to be a better deal than 40% off at a deluxe
(Actually I always forget about disney treating kids over 10 as adults...I guess if you had 3 "adults" and 1 kid or more, it would be the better savings that time of year)

Disney math is hard!

Yes Figment I'm surepirate: My kids are 15 and 11yrs so 4 disney adults 7 nights 4 day base tickets, free regular dining plan. We saved $105:goodvibes it's not huge but I'm a coupon queen :lmao:so I'm good with that.:dance3:

Nope...only Poly availability was Lagoon view or higher, so it was cheaper for us to use the 40% code.

This post and the previous one about BC really surprise me. Last year both were available right until the last day of the extended booking period.

I would try again once the rooms are released to the general public on Monday. I really can't believe that the deluxe resorts are filling up already.

Me, too. I booked my Poly Garden View yesterday. Today, I added the same for relatives that are traveling with us.
I had read this, so I was expecting to get a "sorry, but those are gone". Instead, she said, "no problem, I will even request connecting or same floor rooms."
Now, I did check on Contemporary, again. I was told the only thing left is Concierge or Theme Park View.
Also, there were no BLT rooms. GF has standard garden available.
I called about and hour 1/2 ago.

I really suspect that the number of rooms available for Disney Visa are limited. The only point in offering Free Dining to the General Public on Monday is to get people to book. If the resorts were so full already that they are running out of space then why bother offering Free Dining.

I haven't mapped out the dates of free dining and food and wine fest. But if those two overlap at all, Beach Club would be a popular choice.

I called today and booked the Visa Free Dining. We wanted to book at Coronado Springs Standard View and were told that they only had standard king size rooms. So we are staying at CBR 9/17-9/26.

I was gonna price out the ASMusic Suites, but I found out they were not being offered with this deal. I booked to POR 8/16 to 8/24. Very happy with it!

Free dining here we come!!!:cool1::banana:

My travel agent was able to add free dining to our existing reservation at POR  no problem. We will be there 8/22-8/27. There are 5 of us (4 Disney adults) so this saves us over $800...awesome!!!!!!

I booked us at the Pop Century and upgraded to regular dining we are going September 18-25 :cool1:

Booked CBR standard room August 15-21 with no problems at all. :thumbsup2

Just wondering if anyone has had difficulty in booking FD at WL, we already have everything booked and now are just waiting for Monday to request FD? If our room level is "booked" for FD, could I just upgrade my room and see if FD is available?

I called on Thursday (using Disney Visa), and had no problem adding FD to my existing WL reservation. Good Luck!:)

I called Thurs at 10am, got my first choice GV at Poly. Aug 17-22.
Good luck to all calling on Monday!

Yup. Finally decided and got my 2 bros on board today! POFQ 8/18-22!

As predicted (well, more like hoped for) I checked this morning and the Poly and BC are available for all weeks. Least expensive room for both is no problem.

The only thing not available is the Standard View for WL for the first 2 weeks of the offer.
