Did Disney mail anything to your home pre-trip?

This could be entirely standard, but our trip starts May 31 and we haven't gotten anything through the mail from Disney at all. Nothing since we booked our trip back in December. I definitely remember getting at least some luggage tags and maybe a 'welcome/confirmation' note or something like that? Our ADRs and FPs are booked and I've had to call several times for different things and they've always had all our trip info, I just think it's odd that we haven't gotten anything at all through the mail. Is this pretty normal though? I will also still get the occasional email saying that 'now is the perfect time to book!' With our resort and dates listed as if I looked around at it but never booked. I'm having nightmares of our trip being there on my computer but not actually in their system lol

Maybe they send it when you're closer. I'm going in 10 days and I've gotten five different mailings in the past few weeks (still no Magic Band though dammit!!!)

I've gotten a glossy booklet about Disney World... my Magic Express tags... my Magic Your Way vouchers... a bounce back offer... a buy Magic Memories flyer...

I got something about two weeks after booking.. Booked in December for an August trip. But nothing after that. We get our magic bands shipped to resort and drive down so not expecting anything else! Good luck & enjoy your trip!!

I booked a few weeks ago for mid July and got the glossy "personalized" welcome booklet with dates for booking Fastpass reservations, etcetera. Came about two weeks after I booked.

My last trip, in September, Magic bands arrived about 2 weeks before our trip. I don't think they send the cute luggage tags anymore, at least they didn't then. My magical Express tags also arrived about two weeks before we left. A quick note if you are using magical express, they only send one tag per guest. If you need more, call now to let them know. The extras will arrive separately from the others.

I got my luggage tags and yellow ME tags last week for a May 15th trip. Magic Bands arrived a few days later. I'd give it another week or so before you start to worry (assuming you're staying onsite MDE should show you a day by which you have to personalize your magic bands. They ship a few days after (and by my guess, the ME stuff shipped probably on that day).

My trip starts on May 30. I've had my Magical Express tags for a few months, along with the Mickey flash drive (that I hear they're no longer sending) and welcome booklet. I got my Mickey luggage tags and my coupon booklet sometime last week.

I got some yellow magical express tags but none of those cute luggage tags. I was kinda bummed since we aren't flying anymore so I don't even need these yellow stickers

OP do you have a package or Room Only reservation? If you have Room Only you have to call and request DME (it's free you just have to ask for it). If you have a package make sure they have your flight info.

I would call. They had a very old address for me that I had changed multiple times over the years. Our pretrip package was sent to it instead of our real address. By the time I called it was to late to send the package.
