Did Anyone's DD get the Bratz Tour Bus for Xmas?

My DD is LOVING THIS! But...... how do you turn the hot tub 'on'. Isn't it suppossed to bubble or something? I have read the instructions inside out - looked all over and see nothing to turn it 'on'. I don't remember where I read it 'works', but I know I did. Anyone get it to work? Help! Thanks.
