Did anyone see all the GREEN shirts at MGM this past week?

Thanksgiving Day to be exact. If you saw lime green shirts they were probably members of our band and us chaperones. There were 160 of us wearing them!!

I did! I was working at MGM that day! I was Kermit in the parade. I tried to point out to a group of them that the shirts were the same color as Kermit, but I don't think they understood. hehe.

I'll tell the band kids (whichever group they were) that that Kermit is someone I "know".

Hehe, that's funny...the lime green shirts did indeed make me think of the DIS. You may have also seen me on stage that day- besides the parade, I also puppeteered for Voyage of The Little Mermaid- I do the turtle puppet, the blackfish ("she sings"), and one of the eels. There are 3 casts though, so I couldn't tell if you went to one of my shows or not.

We saw them. We were at MGM on Turkey Day and a member of your party was picked as an extra during the 6pm Indiana Jones Stunt Show. From Michigan, right?

We saw you all too, we were the mom in a scooter (Me), Daughter in a hot pink Wheelchair with a ton of pins on a board (DD) and Dad pushing the DD (big guy with a beard) We saw you all over the place...did y'all march before SpectroMagic? If so we saw you then too, we sat in the Wheelchair section on the hub just to see the bands and then saw the later parade.

We saw them. We were at MGM on Turkey Day and a member of your party was picked as an extra during the 6pm Indiana Jones Stunt Show. From Michigan, right?

Yes, that was Blake who was picked for the stunt. He was the talk of the hotel when we got back that night!

My nephew Geoff and a couple of his group members were picked for the Backlot tour show earlier which was cool, too.

Our band marched Tuesday night at Magic Kingdom. I got to go backstage and help them get ready. That was SO much fun for me, being such a Disney fanatic!!

That is great. My husband and I were picked for the Backlot Tour a few years back and it is a fun experiance.

We were walking in MGM with your group!!! Then we were behind you for the Motor stunt show, I was behind a lady eating an ice cream bar. It was me, my DH and 3 DD's 14, 12 and 5. Were you the lady in the line around 4? My DD 14 was all into the teenage boys. Just looking of course. I am such a goofball, that it didn't even occur to me about the lime green color because we read the shirts on the way in.

Michele......then the tallest one in that group was my son! He's 6'4.

Was he wearing the hat? I believe this show was at 4pm. That group was very well-mannered. He might remember my 14 year old. She is 5 ft tall with dark short hair, it was in a ponytail and she wore black and white checkered van tennis shoes.

I'm glad they were behaving. I didn't get to see him much as he was with a different chaperone. Actually I didn't have any groups of kids as I was in charge of ALL groups.

My son thinks that's cool.

He and I wonder if you live close to New Orleans as I see that LA is your location. We were there for a cruise last spring and still feel so bad for all the devestation caused by Katrina.
