Did anyone get a call from the President last night?

A friend at work told me that he received calls from both George and Laura Bush last evening .

I guess I missed mine (probably because I switched sides a few years ago). Of course, since it was a computerized phone message, it's possible that I actually hung up on him. Did anyone else receive a telephone solicitation from the President?

dh is registered republican (i am not) and we got one two nights ago. i hung up on him, and dh wasn't home.

oh and rp's mom -- the worst one like that i ever got was during the primaries. caroline kennedy called on behalf of mark shriver and launched into this whole thing about jfk, jr. and jfk. it was really wierd.

Nope, but my folks saw him in person last night. There were a few anti-war protestors trying to disrupt things, but then the crowd started chanting "USA, USA!" & that put an end to that.
