This is not a definitive answer but rather what I suspect you will find.

You will most likely be allowed to upgrade it to a PAP only. This is due to the fact that the FitS ticket is an unlimited admission to all Disney venues (DQ, BB, TL, PI, etc). Therefore it can only be used towards a PAP.

There is also a chance that (although very slight) that they won't allow any upgrades on it since it may very well fall under their specialty ticket category.

Just my feeling but I would have thought you cannot upgrade as this ticket is normally only sold in the international market. It includes entry to non-Disney parks and also having just checked some old passes that we have from a previous trip there was no value printed on the pass.
