Dick Cook Resigns as Head of Disney Studios

Just read some tweets on Twitter that Dick Cook has been fired or has resigned as head of Disney Studios. He has worked for Disney for 38 years.

Not sure if he was fired or resigned. He wrote a resignation letter, but some are saying he was fired. Disney denies firing him. Seems awfully sudden to me.

Of course the rumor is that head guy at Marvel movies might take over. Jeff something.

Dick Cook was such a true "Disney Guy" I really hope he wasn't fired. He's only 59 though. Why retire now?

Now Jay Rasulo...I'd be okay with him taking early retirement.

Disney exec's aren't admitting it, but the rumour going around is Iger fired him. Too bad if that's the case. He worked for Disney for 38 years and I believe he got his start as an attraction operator at Disneyland.
