I love Dick Clark. It's kind of sad to see him post-stroke, but great to see him still trying to be himself. He's an awesome man.

Apparently he was counting down. But he was two seconds behind the ticker.
He's actually really doing well. Such an improvement from last year. What an amazing trooper he is.![]()
!I thought he did a great job, considering.
I was smiling, actually, when he would make
facial expressions like his "old self."
It made me feel good that his spirit is still there,
even if the body and mouth struggle!

I really don't find it sad. I think its fantastic, and a true testimony to the character of the man. He's had a wonderful life, Dick Clark, and has been blessed in numerous ways. He's now been faced with obstacles that fame and fortune cannot buy him a way out of, and he's had to go on. He could have easily retired and given up, but he's fought hard. I admire him for it and think its really inspiring that he did his show last night.
