Has anyone ever upgraded the jewelry they bought at any of their stores?
I want to upgrade a bracelet next year and was wondering how easy it was. I know you have to spend a certain amount above what the original piece cost, but don't know how much that is.
I have all the paperwork.

What is your Lifetime Upgrade Policy?
We will issue credit of the original purchase price of a loose diamond or diamond jewelry towards the purchase price of a new item on the following conditions:
You must present the original sales receipt before viewing new items at any one of our locations.
The new purchase price must be at least twice the original purchase.
The merchandise is not damaged or marred.
