So I see these are basically the same menu my question is my wife has a food intolerance and was wondering if anyone knows if they would provide like a plain baked chicken breast of salmon or somethung like that? I know most Disney restaurants are very accommodating I’m just not sure with these all you care to enjoy places if they even have chicken or salmon on hand to make.
Thank you

I have family members with food allergies and when we were last there in 2021 they had done away with the a la carte lunch menu but we decided to try it anyway with the AYCTE and were glad we did because they were able to tailor the platters to what they needed. I can’t remember specifically what they had just some types of plain meat can’t remember if fish as well without the sauces and whatever the sides were. I think they could have the salad not sure about the rolls and they were too stuffed for dessert.

I don't know if this is helpful at all, but I travel, frequently, with a friend who must eat gluten-free and she has had no problems at LTT and enjoyed her meal. I would encourage you to note your wife's food allergies on your reservation and also remind the host/hostess and server when you arrive at the restaurant.

I have a severe tree nut allergy and did LTT dinner as a walk up on my last trip and they were fantastic—I would actually rate it as one if the better meals I’ve had post re-opening. No ooey gooey toffee cake but the allergy friendly brownie was out of this world good. Funny enough they sat me in Diamond Horseshoe because they were still using it as overflow at the time.

As PP said you want to note the intolerance when you book, the host stand will confirm it with you when you check in at the restaurant and your server will speak with you. Some places the manager or chef will come out as well but that wasn’t my experience at LTT.

When we were there Thanksgiving Week 2021 a chef came out to us at LTT to discuss what they could do for the people with allergies at our table. Every restaurant we have gone to over the years a chef has done that including buffets like Boma.

The only time I ever had a chef come out was at BOG dinner not long after it first went to prix fixe. At Tusker House breakfast we were given a list of the allergens and walked through the buffet. ime at Disney owned and operated restaurants it has been very inconsistent. Always a good experience (except Tiffins) but otherwise incredibly varied on the level of detail they go into sometimes even at the same spot. And we do a lot of TS ftr.

We Love LTT, we went once with ba friend who had allergies they accommodated her above and beyond expectations

Disney is great with allergies but I get your concern because neither of those proteins are on those menus. I would email guest services ahead of time to find out if those accommodations are possible.

I agree with @gottalovepluto. Neither salmon or chicken are served at LTT or DHR and they do not share a kitchen with any food service locations that do. Turkey is available if she can eat that. I think they will be as accommodating as possible, but if they don't have the food to make, they can't. Definitely reach out to Disney before. You can email them at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com.
