Diamond Horseshoe - New Menu?

I noticed online that Diamond Horseshoe is promoting a new menu. Will this meal still be an all-you-care to eat type offering? We have a reservation in October and that was a big selling point for us (combined with the time we were able to get)!

Also, how is the food there typically? I have seen many mixed reviews, but it sounds like food that my family really likes, so we thought we would give it a try...

The new menu says there will be both a la carte and all you can eat options. I haven't dined there yet, but plan to try it now that there is a new menu.
