Diamond Horseshoe/ El Pirate during Pecos Bill Refurb?

I've heard that Diamond Horseshoe and El Pirate will be open during Pecos Bill refurbishment in February but I can't find the menus anywhere? Can anyone point me to the menus at both locations for adults and children? (I've heard El Pirate won't have its regular food but burgers, pulled pork sandwiches and some other items, I just can't find a menu for that one with the child's options)

Sure wish they'd set up Diamond Horseshoe for full time dining again. My parents loved that place. I never got to go, but feel very nostalgic toward it.

We were there last week and El Pirate has the Peco Bills menu which was very sad to my poor DH who loves the taco salad

My best guess for the Diamond Horseshoe is prepackaged sandwiches, like I know they did for Spring Break 2007. They had a turkey/brie/cranberry one that was amazing.
