Diagon Alley/Wizarding World...How does it work?

I haven't been following. Can someone catch me up or point me to a "FAQ-Diagon Alley"?
How will admission work? Will we need two park tickets or can we just ride the train between the two?

You'll need a park-to-park ticket (ie, "two park tickets") if you want to experience both Hogsmede (in IOA) and Diagon Alley (in US). You will not be able to ride the Hogwart's Express train without a park-to-park ticket.

Yup, you've got to get a two-park, or park to park or parkhopper (these three are all saying the same thing) ticket.

Well, yes, they will, because they allow access to both parks.

Sounds like a great opportunity to get you to upgrade your pass.I just renewed my preferred pass for $159,no blackout dates,free parking,discounts,I don't think you can ask for a lower price.Maybe they should offer a reduced price upgrade to those with power passes since they never had the facts about how it would work when they bought it.

Right now the rate to upgrade Power to Annual is $127 w/ tax. Note the expiration Date doesn't change on it.

Only thing requiring park-to-park is Hogwarts Express.

You only need the park hopper to ride the Hogwarts express train..

I received confirmation last night that they are reinstating the time passes for both Diagon Alley AND Hogsmeade for at least the initial opening of DA, as they did with the Hosmeade originally for quite a while, you will go and get a return time to enter the area, return time passes are expected to be in Jurassic Park at IOA again, and between MIB and Fear Factor on the Universal side. They are expecting/hoping for crowds similiar to the pics of 2010.

I would guess that the early entry will act as its own time pass, since only the HP areas are open during the early entry.
