Diagon Alley/conference ticket

I will be in Orlando to attend a conference in mid November. The express pass price shows that to be a time period where passes cost 39.00/55.00. Using that as an indicator of possible attendance, if I get the conference pass so that I can go to the parks from 2:00pm til closing....are Gringotts and the Hogwarts Express both doable? Based on last year's hours, it looks like maybe the park will be open til 7 or 8. I would like to walk around Diagon Alley as well if time allows. Thoughts?

Also, what are the interactive wand prices? Examples of what they do?
