Good luck and stay strong! Fight hard.
I just returned from Disney after a ten day trip to celebrate finishing up my breast cancer treatment (except for Tamoxifen). I did have to use an ECV which wasn't a big deal at all. My treatment, including chemo and radiation took a little over 9 months and I'm not sure I could have done the World during that time, but everyone is different and all stories are different. Get advice from your oncologists, ask about everything.
To everyone diagnosed or living with it, there is a great group right here on the DIS with loads of information and support: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=810357&page=494
Lots of Pixie Dust!
