My SIL is going to WDW with us in Aug. she is a diabectic and we have the MYW with dinning do any of you know if they have any suger free deserts or will I have to call before time to suggest for one.

I would suggest you go over to the "disABILITIES" Forum. There are several discussions about diets and diabetes there.
