Diabetes?

So today i spent the day at the hospital because i had this glucose testing. It went bad as i hate hate HATE medicine!! So i didnt get thee whole stuff down by the time i was supposed to. They have concluded that i have like pre-diabetes. If it progresses i will be diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Does anyone on here have diabetes in general? What about type 2? Im scared, and just curious.

Type 2 diabetes is generally considered 'adult' diabetes because that is when its onset is. But now with children being overweight, kids are getting it too.

One main difference is that in type 2, you can control your sugars with diet, whereas in type 1, its almost always insulin dependent. Type 2 can become that way if it isn't well controlled.

What made them think that you had diabetes?

^ something with my insulin it is like my thyroid is not registering that i am making insilin so i keep making too much and it still wont register and then i am overweight too
