I recently emailed DI&S (about a month ago now) and never heard back. Last week I went to their website and filled out the inquiry form, still haven't heard back. I have stayed with them numerous times (our last 4 trips at 8-10 nights a stay) and have always heard back quickly. Anyone know what is up?

That is strange. I emailed them a few times for prepayment of our room and general questions for our trip last November and they were always very prompt. Did you try calling them?

Phoning is next on my list. I'm more on a fact finding mission as I want to go back but had a question on a different style room than we usually stay in. They just had always responded so quickly in the past (past years lol)

Are you talking about Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites? I had booked there in May for a stay in August and then had to cancel and filled out the form and never got a return message. I finally called and they said it would be removed but it was a good 4-5 days later that I got the cancelled email. Maybe they aren't paying attention to their emails. I actually ended up booking them again for august because our plans changed.
